How do I cancel?
Log in, open Manage Subscription and choose Cancel. It takes effect immediately and there are no fees. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.
Can I skip or pause?
Yes. Skip a single delivery or pause for as long as you like, any time before your next order processes.
Can I change flavors or blends?
Yes. Swap to any Lil Ripper flavor before your next shipment at the same subscription discount.
What if my card fails?
We'll email you and retry. Nothing ships until payment goes through, and you can update your card in your account.
Is there a minimum commitment?
