We understand that trying something new can feel risky. We believe you shouldn’t have to pay for a product that doesn’t meet your satisfaction.

If you purchase an item and find it’s not to your liking for any reason, reach out. We’ll provide you with store credit to select another item of your choice.

Requirements

Must be the first time you have ordered that product from our store.
The returned device must be at least half full.
The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
Sale items, bundles and subscriptions may not apply.

We’re proud of the quality of our products, but everyone’s experience with cannabinoids can vary. While we can’t accept returns based on product effectiveness, we’re always here to help you find what works best for you. Exceptions may apply.

Returns of unopened products

You may return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

Defective devices

If your Lil Ripper arrives damaged or doesn’t work, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We’ll replace it.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate you if the order has not yet shipped. If it has shipped, the return procedure above applies. Cancellation requests made after shipping may qualify for a full refund upon return of unopened products.

Items may not be edited once your order has shipped.
